Dog Bite

According to the Centers for Disease Control, approximately 4.5 million people are the victims of dog bites every year in the US.  Dog bites can occur in any setting, but they are particularly common when friends and families get together. As such, many dog bite victims are familiar with the dog that bit them.  We all have a soft spot for “man’s best friend”. But unlike in other states where a dog is often given “one-free bite” to establish its propensity to bite, in California a dog owner is responsible for injuries caused by his or her dog the very time that dog bites someone.  Dog bites can result in gruesome injuries, especially to children. Rabbi Lawyer Michael Rubinstein has experience with Los Angeles dog bite cases—including when his own daughter was attacked by a dog—and he will leave no stone unturned in getting justice for his clients who are dog bite victims.
